Project Engineers
(Building & Civil Works - 4 Positions, Water Engineering - 3 Positions)

Applicants shall meet the below basic requirements:

• BSc Civil Engineering or other relevant equal degree qualification
• MS Projects proficiency and fully competent in computer skills
• Post graduate qualifications in Project Management shall be added advantage
• Registration with ERB as Graduate or Registered Engineer and membership with IEK shall be added advantage
• Have a minimum 7 years post-graduate experience in end-to-end execution of large building & civil engineering / water engineering projects
• Have hands-on experience in BOQ preparation and tendering procedures
• Have at minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role, fully in charge of a large project.

Quantity Surveyors

Applicants shall meet the below basic requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts-Building Economics/Quantity Surveying or other relevant equal degree qualification
• MS Projects proficiency and fully competent in computer skills
• Post graduate qualifications in Project Management shall be added advantage
• Registration with BORAQS as Graduate or Registered Quantity Surveyor and membership with AAK shall be added advantage
• Have a minimum 7 years post-graduate experience in end-to-end execution of large building & civil engineering projects
• Have at minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role, fully in charge of a large project.
• Be able prepare payment applications, valuations, handle sub contractors accounts, carry out measurement from drawing and on site
• Be able prepare quotations, price tender documents and package project bids documents
• Be able to read and interpret drawings, evaluate works on site and make various reports

Business Development Manager

Applicants shall meet the below basic requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing or equivalent business related degree applicable
• Diploma in Marketing (MSK) or equivalent
• Membership to a relevant Marketing professional body will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience
• At least 2 years experience in management/team-leader position
• Should have experience in marketing to corporate clientele and must have closed large contracts
• Should be a trailblazer and visionary
• Proven track-record of leading a company to attain or surpass its Sales targets
• Experience in the construction/real-estate/telecommunication industries would be an added advantage
• Able to spearhead strategic and effective marketing of the company's services to targeted clients
• Identification of new business opportunities
• Strategic planning aimed at distinguishing our product and strengthening our brand in the market
