Cost Controller and Operations/ICT Manager Job Vacancies

Our company is an established player in the hospitality industry and is seeking to fill the following positions with keen and self-motivated individuals who possess a passion for excellence in their career

Cost Controller

• Must be fully conversant with Fidelio Materials Control
• Thoroughly conversant with Food & Beverage management, control and reporting.
• Thoroughly conversant with Stores management and control and reporting.
• Must have knowledge of basic accounting
• Experience of Five years or more in this or related position

Operations/ICT Manager

• Must be able to fully support and maintain server based systems, databases, services and network protocols for a large number of users.
• Must be fully conversant and able to support all users of Micros Fidelio v.7.0
• Conversant with and thorough knowledge of the requirements to be met under Operating Procedures for key revenue centers
• Front of house/rooms control, F&B control and outlet management in general
• Conversant with disaster preparedness procedures, health and safety standards and controls.
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of basic accounting.
