- At least 5 years experience at senior management level in international banking, finance or micro finance sectors

- University graduate with relevant qualification (CPA(K), ACCA, CA) or equivalent with at least 10 years post qualification experience, preferably gained in the financial/banking sectors
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyse problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed action and implement recommendations in support of goals
- Effective planner and organiser with the ability to meet schedules in an environment with constantly changing priorities
