Applicants must be Kenya citizens with the following professional qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized University or a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or any other Business related discipline from a recognized University plus a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or with at least CPS 11 and must have worked in a large organization for at least four (4) years in a senior position in Human Resource and Administration Department.
Or
- CPS Ill plus a Diploma in Human Resource Management with six (6) years relevant experience at a senior level in a large and busy organization.
He/she will also be expected to co-ordinate the provisions of all administrative and common office services such as messengerial, cleaning, telephone, registry, security, staff uniforms, procurement and supplies, secretarial services, transport and management of office accommodation.
