The officer will assist the Country Director and Unit Directors in administrative and implementation aspects of the Program, particularly related to communication and public relations.

The officer will assist the Country Director and Unit Directors in administrative and implementation aspects of the Program, particularly related to communication and public relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To coordinate correspondence between the Ministry of Health, partners and other ICAP clients
- To coordinate invitations and representation at government and other meetings
- To coordinate quarterly meetings with the provincial administration
- To assist with presentations at various meetings
- To maintain ICAP’s photo databank
- To coordinate and assist with compilation and issuance of reports and publications
- To assist with public relations and liaison with ICAP partners and clients
- To assist with organization of ICAP special events
- To coordinate the monthly reporting from various departments for the Country Director’s review
- Maintain the diary and coordinate appointments for the Country Director
- Maintain confidential official donor correspondence and reports and communication with senior government officials
- Assist in the design and production of promotional materials
- Keep an updated contact list of partner organizations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, PR or Communication or equivalent
- Experience in program management
- Strong management and reporting skills
- Computer literacy
- Team player
- Good verbal and written communication skills
