- Reviewing validity of purchase invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes and checking for correctness of VAT and discount computations.
- Posting of invoices, selecting invoices for payment and generating relevant cheques.
- Travel expenses reviewing and posting, handling petty cash and updating the petty cash ledger.
- Preparing VAT and PAYE cheques and relevant statutory forms.
- Assisting in the preparation of payroll and financial reports
Key Qualifications
- Diploma in Accountancy or CPA Part II with at least 3 years working experience in a busy office.
Essential Skills
- Working experience on computer based financial systems.
- A person of high integrity.
- Analytical skills, ability to work fast and accurately.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
Salary Scale: Ksh.16, 692 x 835 – 17,527 x 876 – 18,403 x 920 –19,323 x 966
– 20,289 p.m.

The officer will be responsible for registration of persons with disabilities and organizations for disabilities and manage data entry in the organization.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Designing programmes, supervising of registration and database entry.
- Preparing and implementing of work plans for registration and database.
- Compiling registration annual/quarterly work plans.
- Preparing of progress reports on registration and database management.
- Evaluating, monitoring and improving of database performance, registration and planning for future expansion requirements.
- Ensuring all the data complies with legal regulations,
- Implementing of security measures to safeguard the database, back-up and regular reporting to the teams you work with.
- Installing and testing new versions of the database management system (DBMS); maintaining data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act and writing database documentation.
Skill and Competences.
- The ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and report writing skills
- A good understanding of software and database management systems
- A good understanding of the Data Protection Act
Key Qualifications
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent qualifications from recognized Institution with three (3) years experience in a similar position.
- Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized Institution with (5) five years experience.
Salary Scale: Ksh 21,304 x 1,065 – 22,369 x 1,118 – 23,487 x 1,175 -24,662 x 1,233 – 25,895 p.m

Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing correspondence between the directors office with external persons e.g. government officials, collegues & peers through appointment and feedback.
- Taking minutes, production of reports, briefing papers, and presentations.
- Organizing and ensuring that the director is well-prepared for meetings.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.
- Arranging travel and accommodation and occasionally, traveling with the director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
- Occasionally representing the director at external meetings.
- Any other duty as requested by the director.
Skill and Competences
- The ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organization skills.

Key Qualifications
- Should have served as senior secretary or personal secretary for a minimum period of five (5) years in addition to being in possession of the following qualifications from Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
- Shorthand III (minimum 100 wpm)
- Typewriting (50 words w.p.m) computerized Document Processing III
- Business English III/Communications II
- Office Practice II
- Commerce II
- Office management III/Office Administration and Management III
- Secretarial Duties II.
OR
- A higher Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
- Computerized secretarial skills.
