Position Title: Business Systems Analyst - Finance

Job Purpose: Managing and administration of all IT applications; line billing, CRM, ERP,
Data Warehouse and BI, Call Centre etc. Providing L2 and L3 support for
the applications
Key
Accountabilities:
· Systems support & timely scheduling and reporting
· Fault resolution & Incident Management
· Change management in Application and configuration changes, new
service or system expansion in compliance with ITIL / eTOM
· Routine maintenance of systems and backups; testing of backups and
application upgrades
· Process improvement; continuous improvement of business processes,
internal relationship management, capacity planning and management

2 Fault & Incident Management
Fault resolution and escalation of critical faults to
application vendors
3 Change Management
Manage configuration changes; new services or system
expansion in compliance with ITIL/ Etom, application
changes, new development testing and acceptance
4 Systems maintenance and
backups
Routine maintenance of systems, ensure application,
testing and systems backups, redundancy plans and
application upgrades
5 Process improvement
Continuous improvement of business processes; handle
internal relationships with users and management
respectively; documentation of systems and knowledge
repository and capacity planning and management
6 Contribute in Architecture,
Design, projects
Participate in systems configuration for improvement
and innovation to meet business requirements for
continuity. Take part in technology selection
Minimum Requirements

1. IT and/ or Management graduate CPA or ACCA qualification
2. SAP module (FI/ CO, SD or MM)
3. Project management( Prince II
certification preferable)
