The Regional Finance and Administrative Coordinator shall plan, coordinate and be responsible for all administrative and financial aspects of CCM programs in Kenya, South Sudan and Somalia, providing expertise and guidance to its staff.
Ideally the successful applicant will have considerable experience in accounting or financial field, administrative and legal aspect, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently using own initiative
She/He will report to the Country Representative of Kenya.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and prepare all financial reports in line with CCM and donor reporting requirements
- Prepare budgets proposal, budget amendments and monitor ongoing levels of expenditure against projects budget lines
- Prepare, supervise general audit for the Office and specific projects according to CCM, Local Authorities and donors’ requirements and regulations
- Supervise the financial and administrative staff
- In collaboration with the Country Representative (CR) and Project Coordinators forecast project plan of expenses to ensure adequate funds are available to meet program requirements
- Ensure compliance with local regulations in respect of financial, administrative and other matters (eg registration, taxation, visa and labor laws)
- Manage contracts of local and international staff based on information received from the HQ, CR and Technical Staff
- Update and share general finance and administrative procedures
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Qualifications
- Relevant academic background
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- In depth knowledge of financial systems, financial/administrative management and reporting
- Experience of implementing financial control systems at field level
- Experience of field financial management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Fluency of both written and spoken English
- Fluency in Italian would be an asset
- Past experience in an NGO will be a strong advantage
- Willingness to work under pressure and long hours, if required
