Business Development Manager

Responsible for
  • Acquisition of new Group Life and Pensions business
  • Handling of renewal of all existing business
  • Coordination of sales and marketing promotions
Ideal candidate will have relevant university degree and five years experience in marketing financial services.

MBA and professional qualification will be an added advantage.

National Agency Coordinator

Overall responsibility: To develop and coordinate agency system in line with the company’s vision.

Key tasks, duties and responsibilities:
  • To implement company’s policy on agency
  • To ensure proper coordination of activities in the agencies
  • To maintain persistent growth in the agencies
  • To ensure that agencies achieve the set target
Ideal candidate will have university degree with five years cognate experience in life agency management. MBA will be an added advantage.

Branch Managers – Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisumu

Responsible for
  • Coordination and supervision of the marketing team within the region
  • Acquisition of new Group Life and Pension business
  • Customer service and renewals
Ideal candidate will have relevant university degree and 3 years experience at senior level.

Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
