Area Manager - Customer Support
Reporting to the Regional Area Manager, the Area Manager is to offer customer support services in the field of disease control public health, including but not exclusively vector, water and H.I.V.
In line with the corporate strategic objectives, the Area Manager will be responsible for meeting set objectives in the respective areas allocated.

Area Manager - Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet the set country and product portfolio specific targets as per the annual action plans and budgets.
- Develop a country specific database with our stakeholders and partners in the company’s key areas of operation (Water, Vector and HIV).
- Ensure recruitment, training, development and appraisal of in-country partners.
- Process customer’s enquiries/requisitions.
Position requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in health / biological related field.
- Experience in public health, pharmaceutical or insecticide sales related field will be and added advantage.
- Diploma in Public Health related discipline will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the African Region 100- 120 days pr. year.
