Senior Manager - Organization Effectiveness

(Ref-SMOE-2009/10/16)

Reporting to the Head of Department – Centre of Expertise, the Senior Manager OE will through thought leadership provide and develop sustainable organizational capabilities by managing and implementing large scale change efforts.

The role holder will provide OE Consulting to Business Leaders and HRBPs, while designing and implementing appropriate OE interventions that continuously achieve business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement appropriate OE interventions - Organizational Design, Change Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, Culture;
  • Leading the Employee Climate Surveys,;
  • Driving Talent Committees;
  • Managing the Performance Management process;
  • Managing the Talent management process to ensure a capable talent pipeline that will deliver organization wide goals now and in the future;
  • Providing thought leadership and sharing best practices in Organizational effectiveness interventions;
  • Consulting with Human resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to analyze OE needs and identify opportunities to leverage existing programs and technologies;
  • Building organizational development capability across the corporation.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management with a specialization in Organizational Design policies and practices;
  • 8 years Organizational Development Experience, 5 of which must be at management level;
  • Experience in designing and delivering innovative HR solutions;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • First hand experience in leading and delivering organizational change agenda;
  • Consulting experience and facile at diagnosing and formulation of systemic solutions;
  • Excellent communication skills with exception interpersonal and report writing skills.
