Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology
- Experience with HP, Dell, IBM computers and printers
- Expertise in troubleshooting Microsoft windows servers, and applications.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing computers and printers
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Knowledge in Networking will be added advantage
- Excellent team player
- Ability to anticipate and manage change
- Willingness to travel. This position will require some level of local travelling.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain printers, Computers and laptops.
- Install and Configure a wide variety of software on clients machines
- Maintain and administer clients LAN
- providing users with appropriate support and advice;
- managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems;
- Professional customer interfaces and calls closure
- Completion of scheduled Planned Maintenance sessions, Product update and upgrade activities, including commitment to call, scheduling with customer within the principle hours of contract coverage, reporting results to Project Quality and Assurance manager.
- Proper paperwork and communication internal and external to the organization.
- Keeping up to date with the latest technologies.
- Other technical assistance duties as assigned
