The Nairobi Women’s Hospital Jobs: Clinical Services Manager

Qualifications
  • Degree in relevant in relevant medical field or Equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years experience 2 of which must be in a Managerial position
  • Must be computer literate
Knowledge skills and abilities
  • Ability to liaise with customers of all backgrounds.
  • Ability to set objectives and targets to sustain continuous improvement of the institution in all aspects of clinical services.
  • Demonstration of initiative, drive, motivation and discipline.
  • Commitment and enthusiasm for achieving high standards
  • Good PR and communication skills
  • Effective managerial skills
  • Able to solve problems
  • Facilitation of on going review of procedures in view of their continuous improvement.
  • Effective organization skills
  • Competent with QA activities
  • Relates well with others and mature in his/her approach.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Management, planning and developing strategy for all clinical areas
  • Co-ordinate and control all clinical staff and services
  • Promote efficiency and high standards of medical and health care delivery including curative and preventive services
  • Development of intervention programs and activities that improve health care delivery
  • Involvement in the professional guidance and training of staff to ensure highest standards of health care
  • Responsible for Hospital audits/clinical audits.
  • Quality Assurance and Control
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
