Information Technology Officer
Key Responsibilities.
- Ensure that hotel data is secure and in line with stated standards and best practices.
- Assist the ICT Manager in timely preparation and submission of IT budgets and reports.
- Train end users at all levels in the Company in relevant software applications and operating procedures.
- Ensure standards and best practices are communicated to all users, maintained and measured periodically as per policy.
- Assists in identifying and ensuring that all hotel data has ownership and accountability.
- Liaise with Service providers for optimum service and maintenance of key processes.
- Assist in administering disaster recovery plans and backup procedures.
- Provide IT support to other Hilton hotels when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Science.
- Candidates with ICT oriented - Post Graduate qualifications are desired.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a Commercial organization.
- Candidates with experience in the Hospitality industry will hold an added advantage.

- Ability to make quick decisions and improvise if necessary.
- A proactive problem solver and decision-maker.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
