Exciting Career Opportunity: Head, Sales and Marketing

EAEP Ltd is a leading publishing firm with branches in the East Africa region.

We wish to fill the above position, which comes with the following responsibilities:

• Formulating and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans;
• Strengthening the company's brand in the marketplace;
• Developing and maintaining business relationships;
• Leading a team of Sales & Marketing representatives based in the region;
• Developing and ensuring the achievement of annual sales revenue budget.

Applicants should possess the following:

• A university degree in marketing or equivalent;
• An MBA - Marketing option is desirable;
• At least 5 years' experience in a senior or similar position in Sales & Marketing;
• Good knowledge of ICT;
• A clean driving licence.
