Debt Collectors Job Vacancies

A leading local company providing credit management solutions is looking for young and energetic individuals to be engaged as Debt Collectors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Aged between 25 to 35 years.
• ‘O’ Level Certificate plus Diploma in Credit Management or Business Studies.
• Computer proficiency.
• Two (2) years working experience in credit control or debt collection in a busy environment.
• Superior negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels.
• Possess a current Certificate of Good Conduct from Kenya Police.

Remuneration:

• Collectors will be remunerated on either of the following terms:
• A monthly gross salary of KShs.25,000.00
• A monthly retainer of KShs.5,000.00 plus a percentage of net commission earned.
• A purely commission basis at a percentage of net commission earned.
