Qualifications
- A degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualifications with at least 5 years management experience in the hotel industry.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Ability to mobilize, mentor and empower staff to achieve stipulated goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a baptized member of the Seventh-day Adventist church of regular standing.
- A team player
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide an overall management of the resort through the day-to-day operations, quality leadership and guidance to all functions of the Resort and the Campsite.
- Motivate and supervise the management team and all staff.
- Oversee all the financial matters of the resort
- Market the resort
- Custodian of all the institutional assets.
- Attend all board meetings
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be necessary to achieve the objectives of the Resort as directed by the board.
