HR Officer
Muramati Sacco is recruiting for the position of a Human resource officer to offer support for its human resource administrative functions; reporting to the Human resource manager, the job holder will provide HR and general administrative and operational support within Muramati.
The successful applicant’s main duties will include supporting the HRM in recruitment, Selection and Induction processes, and HR Information systems, Training & Development, Performance management and Records Management
The successful applicant should have;
- Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
- 2 years experience in a busy office providing HR administrative support to a team
- Knowledge of HR management systems and practices
- IT competence in MS office
- Experience in use of HRMIS
- Demonstrate skills in planning, organization and administration
- Strong oral and written presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills, team play , work with minimum supervision & ability to meet deadlines
Reporting to the Assistant marketing Manager the job holders will be responsible for day to day marketing and promotion of the organization products and services
Duties and responsibilities
- Promote and market the full range of the organization products and services across all market segments
- Enhance business growth in both volume and value
- Monitor and advice on market trends and competition through market intelligence and surveys
- A degree in marketing or equivalent
- Competence in business development
- 2 years experience in marketing preferably in a financial institution
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in use of IT
