F&B Service

Hostesses

• Age 25-30 years.
  
• Female
• Must have an F&B service background with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar position.
  
• Qualification: Diploma/Certification in F&B service from a reputable institution.

Sommelier

• Age 25-35 years.
  
• Extensive knowledge of wine and wine services with four years' experience in a busy bar.
• Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in F&B service from a reputable institution.

Kitchens

Asian Kitchen Specialised Commis

• Minimum two years' work experience in any Thai, Japanese or Chinese restaurant.
  
• Qualification: Hotel School Catering Diploma.

Indian Kitchen Specialised Commis

• Minimum two years' work experience in any Indian restaurant.
  
• Qualification: Hotel School Catering Diploma.

Kitchen Stewards

• Age 25 years and above with two years' working experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
  

Rooms

Room/Public Area Attendants

• Minimum two years' experience in similar role.
  
• Qualification: Diploma or Certification in Housekeeping from a recognised institution.

Laundry Attendants

• Previous experience desirable.

Valet Attendants/Porters

• Minimum two years' experience in similar role.
  
• Qualification: Diploma or Certification in Front Office from a recognised institution.

Engineering & Maintenance

Mechanical Technician

• Age 25 years and above, five years' experience handling plumbing, laundry and kitchen equipment.
  
• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a background in Electrical and Electronics.

Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician

• Age 25 years and above, five years' experience in handling HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  
• Qualification: Government Trade Test 1 on Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.

Gardener

• Age 25 years and above, five years' experience in landscaping and gardening, with three years' experience in a supervisory role.

Spa

Spa Receptionist

• Age 22-30 years.
  
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree (preferable) or Spa Certification.

Spa Therapist

• Age 22-30 years, female.
  
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree (preferable) or Spa Certification.

Spa Attendant

• Age: 20-30 years
