- Ensure proper product knowledge so as to be able to effectively sell trucks
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding Sales Targets and objectives
- Promoting and selling vehicles through professional selling techniques,
- Championing sales Proposals
- Responsible for prospecting (by phone or visit) for business in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for gathering useful information economic, political, competitor information
- Co-ordinates visits for CEO or direct report to key customers
- Responsible for ASEAL property in assigned territory.
Marketing
- Monitoring and gathering customer trends and economic activates in the market
- Gathering and reporting competitive information to ASEL sales and marketing team
- Participating in promotional activities.
Customer Care/ Relationship Management
- Handling Prospecting and long term customer relationships
- Advising customers on the financial packages which are available with finance houses on hire purchase of vehicles and handling of documentation
- Maintaining customer profiles and customer file in an organized manner
- Advising customers on specific vehicle requirements.
- Following-up on vehicle delivery and handover of vehicles to the customers.
Administration
- Complying with all company policies and operate within the expense budget.
- Working and developing positive relationships with all departments in the organization
Preferred Education Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Business Administration/Mechanical Engineering
Years of Experience
- 5 years
