Position: Factory Manager
Reporting To: General Manager
Job Duties:
- The Factory Manager is to organize, manage and maintain all aspects of technical services, an infrastructure including product design, production planning, production and post production systems, effective and efficient capacity utilization, equipment maintenance and quality control systems.
- Supervise and provide strategies to improve the factory operation efficiency in production and productivity
- Planning, forecasting and realizing the whole manufacturing operations;
- Monitoring production closely on quality, on delivery with cost effectiveness
- To lead, motivate and empower staff through effective and open Communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and team building, in order to maximize customer satisfaction, business results, employees' satisfaction and team productivity
- Can work alone on a single large project or service multiple projects simultaneously
- Required to comply with Quality System and work within predetermined deadlines and cost parameters
Requirements
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' factory experience
- Solid experience in the production of furniture factory preferable
- Experience in international brands an advantage
- Strong leadership skills, well planning and problem solving
- Excellent in production management and factory operation
