To ensure business growth and sustainability in satisfying customer requirements through establishment and implementation of effective lean manufacturing methods and safety systems throughout the organization.

Responsibilities.

• Carrying out time and work studies to enhance efficiency, productivity improvement and effective process control in the organization.
• Implementation of Health and Safety systems to ensure Companywide operations are carried out within the stipulations of the Factories and other places of work Act and in compliance with Occupation Health and safety Awareness Systems.
• Submit risks analyses of related operations in order to define measures necessary for risk reduction and environmental safety compliance.

Professional Qualifications

• A university degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Training and experience in implementation of either 5S, Six Sigma, ISO 9001 or ISO 18001 will be an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate

Experience and skills.

• At least 10 years working experience in a busy manufacturing environment. Those who have worked in a similar position will have an added advantage.
• Adequate knowledge and familiarity with the Factories and other places of work Act and Environment Management coordination Act (EMCA) is essential.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a person of high integrity and able to work long hours with minimal supervision.
