We are seeking a talented programmer with 4-6 years of proven PHP, MySQL experience. In consultation with sales and marketing, you will be charged with meeting internal and external client needs.
As a programmer, you will develop highly complex code and integrate artwork, text, video, and sound into websites. You absolutely must be highly motivated and very comfortable with rapid changes in direction and environment.

Job Responsibilities
Participate in the planning, design, and development of large-scale web solutions based on the PHP/MySQL/AJAX Platform.
Using creativity to innovate new products (widgets, wizards, tools, controls) to enhance Web user experience Work closely with team members to deliver improvements to our web site, intranet, and sales systems.
This includes working with IT and functional leads on researching solutions, investigating capabilities, developing requirements, and delivering system implementation.
Website and Email server administration (LAMP environment) Keeping up with new Internet standards and Web technologies (Web 2.0, AJAX)

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science,
- Engineering but similar relevant experience acceptable
- Expert level skills in building data driven Web applications using the
- PHP and MySQL framework with several successful public deployment.
- Expert level skills with front-end scripting including: HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX
- Strong Knowledge of LAMP and Windows environment
- Hands-on experience with web application architecture and relational database design (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL)"
- Experience in building and deploying WAP websites
- Understanding and demonstrated adaptation of cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility concerns
- Strong communication, and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction and knowledge transfer to teammates and other departments within the company
- A high task load is expected. You should be able to work within tight deadlines while exhibiting exemplary time management and task prioritization
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professionalism in the workplace
- Knowledge of Windows Server Administration has added advantage

Job Responsibilities
- Testing, rollout, and application of ongoing software patches/upgrades for servers and desktop systems.
- Perform server administration and maintenance duties (e.g. system log, backup schedules, user accounts, etc.)
- Support central and offsite client/ server performance and availability.
- Participate in the planning, design, and development of web solutions based on the PHP/MySQL/AJAX Platform.
- Hands-on experience with web application architecture and relational database design (MySQL, Grade, MS SQL)
- New Product Development
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or an equivalent combination in education and work experience.
- Sound working knowledge of Internet/Intranet technologies including security features, remote access technology and network infrastructure and operations.
- Experience in Windows Server administration and Active Directory administration and troubleshooting; networking experience with administering remote access VPN/SecurelD including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Proficiency in building data driven Web applications using the PHP and MySQL framework with several successful public deployment.
- Proficiency with front-end scripting including: HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX
- Understanding and demonstrated adaptation of cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility concerns
- Microsoft certifications preferred: MCSE and up.
- Excellent analytical, technical aptitude and proven ability to solve problems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- A positive attitude and superior work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills / time management skills
- Ability to work in a quick paced, evolving environment
