Job Qualifications:
- Master Degree in Education ( a minimum requirement)
- Minimum 3 years in teaching and Teaching Practice supervision at University level
- Good mastery of computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational and planning skills
- Team player with leadership qualities
- Ability to work effectively with people of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds
- Unquestionable Moral/Ethical integrity
Job Description:
- Qualified to teach undergraduate education courses
- Identify teaching practice schools
- Interviews teaching practice students
- Inducts Teaching Practice (TP) supervisors
- Supervises Teaching Practice
- Facilitates and coordinates TP seminars for students
- Coordinates TP workshops for Supervisors
- Liaises with TP school Heads or their designate in TP matters
- Evaluates TP programme
- Updates CTIE administration on TP matters
- Takes any other responsibilities as may be required of him/her
