Garissa Youth Project (G-Youth)

A Project of Education Development Center (EDC) under the Education Quality Improvement Program (EQUIP) 3 funded by The United States Agency for International Development (USAID)

Education Development Center, Inc. (EDC) is requesting applications from qualified organizations to implement vocational and entrepreneurship trainings for the Garissa Youth Project.

This Request for Applications (RFA) is open to all NGOs, public and private universities, colleges and training institutes, and private businesses that are legally registered to operate in Kenya and will follow an open competition selection process.

The selected agency or agencies will receive funding in the form of a sub-grant from EDC, the lead agency of the USAID-funded EQUIP 3 – Garissa Youth Project (G-Youth). Applications must be submitted no later than 17:00 p.m., October 15, 2009. A complete timeline is included in the Application Information section of the RFA.
