Purpose of Role:
- This role is responsible for Customer Marketing activities for the entire Beer & Spirits brand portfolio in State of Southern Sudan both On and Off trade
- Drive the planning and implementation of below the line brand plans, objectives and strategies; through effective joined up business planning, steward engagement with customers and influence the way the business executes in trade via the commercial planning process, brand strategies and game plans as well as sales team engagement programmes
Top 3-5 Accountabilities
- Champion the Trade Strategy development and Commercial planning for the Spirits portfolio for State of Southern Sudan
- The role is responsible for the complete stewardship and execution of the EABL Venture Below the line, Advertising&Promotions budget for Southern Sudan
- Co-ordination of all Venture trade and below the line activities.
- Identify relevant brand visibility, co-ordinate procurement and trade placement.
- Manage the development and execution of Sales Driver programmes
- Stewardship of the measurement and evaluation of programmes executed in trade

- Graduate preferably in a business related field
- Formal business qualification ideal; MBA (preferred)
Experience:
- Seven (7) years Sales experience, preferably in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- Extensive business experience gained at a senior level in a multinational corporate environment, with proven capabilities in managing FMCG industry-related business issues such as brand management, logistics, risk management techniques, strategy development and execution, business consulting and project management
