Background Information:
A growing microfinance institution with its Head Office in Dar es Salaam is looking for someone to fill the position of Managing Director.
The person will be responsible for overseeing the management and overall operations of the company.
This will involve ensuring aggressive growth both in terms of numbers and institutional development and managing a highly motivated team with high ethical values and culture.
The Managing Director reports to be Board of Directors.

Qualifications
- A master degree in Business, finance, accounting or any other related subject
- 8 years work experience with at least 4 in a senior management position
- Demonstrated skills in institutional growth, human resource management, management of finance operations and report writing.
- Must have strong financial assessment and communication skills with a respect for deadlines
- Experience in microfinance a must
- Experience in banking is an added advantage
