Property Selling Agents Jobs

We are a Property development company with a large residential housing project in Athi River.

We are looking to hire Selling Agents

The selling agent’s main responsibilities will be as follows;

* Business development - customer recruitment, achieving sales targets, gathering market intelligence
* Customer relationship management - following up on sales documentation and collections
* Participating in weekly sales meetings

Qualification Prerequisites:

* Minimum Higher Diploma in Sates & Marketing
* A Sales & Marketing Degree will be an added advantage
* At least 2 years experience in property sales

Key Competencies:

* A strong track record in sales particularly property sales
* Should have a well-organized and collaborative approach to work, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative.
* Must demonstrate proven work ethics that meet strict deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Presentable, articulate and able to manage relationships effectively
* Person of exemplary and unquestionable integrity
* Ability to formulate solutions and offer opinions in an open manner.

A monthly retainer in addition to a very attractive commission will form the basis of remuneration.
