• Monitoring and evaluation experience
• Excellent Computer skills and Project reporting skills
• Good communication skills: Interpersonal/oral and written
• Team Player and mature
• At least 10 years experience

Community Development Worker

Position involves:

• Community empowerment
• Alternative income training for community members
• Financial Literacy training for community members
• Position based in Narok

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in community development
• At least five years of experience
• Good Computer and communication skills
• Team-player
• Ability to ride Motorcycle
