Mildmay International was recently awarded a grant by the European Union to provide care and support services for vulnerable populations living with HIV and AIDS in Kenya and Tanzania.
We are looking for a Multi-Country Programme Co-ordinator to be based in Nairobi/Kisumu, Kenya, to provide leadership to this multi-project, multi-country programme, providing appropriate programme management oversight and ensuring the required compliance and reporting to the EU is achieved.
The candidate must demonstrate commitment to Mildmay’s Christian ethos and Charity vision.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant Degree – health related or development studies, post graduate degree in Public Health is an added advantage
- 5 Years experience in Project Management in health related field in developing country setting
- Salary: € 28,000 to € 32,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
In addition we wish to appoint an Education Technical Advisor who, as a member of the project team will be responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the education programmes related to this project.
The post holder will also be a member of the teaching team for the Mildmay degree programme, ‘BSc (Hons) A Health Systems Approach to HIV & AIDS Care and Management’.
Salary €1,968 - €2,187 per month - based on experience and qualifications.
