1. Human Resource and Administration Officer
The Human Resource and Administration Officer will be responsible for the organization’s corporate human resource and administrative function.
He/she must be able to devise and implement HR policies which among other things will facilitate recruitment, selection, development and retention of staff needed to meet CORAT corporate strategies and agreed performance targets.
The person will assist in coordinating all HR and administration support function to ensure enhanced corporate performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the HRM capacity and planning function.
- Support and coordinate the administration function.
- Coordinate staff training and development programmes in line with CORAT staff development plans and needs.
- Plan and advice on staffing needs, oversee the recruitment process, selection, appointment and orientation.
- Maintain personnel records, ensure their completeness / are up dated, safe custody and in compliance with Employment Act and other statutory requirements.
- Provide technical assistance in implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide expert human resource management advice in the administration of staff welfare and benefits policy.
- Responsible for maintaining cordial employee relations, provide advice on labour laws and practice as well as discipline and grievance handling issues.
- Manage insurance policies
- Management of CORAT Properties
- Manage procurement of goods and services
Qualifications and skills and Experience
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field and Diploma in Human Resource or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from recognized University and college. An MBA in HRM will be an added advantage.
- 3 years relevant experience in an established HR function
- Good working knowledge of current Kenya employment Law and practices
- Excellence computing skills especially in MS office and HR Management Information System
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and consultative skills
- Training and facilitation skills
- Committed Christian
- Valid driving licence
2. Information Technology Officer
The IT officer will provide timely and effective service to support CORAT operations strategies through efficient application of Information Communication Technologies.

- Provide innovative and strategic ICT leadership
- Coordinate implementation of CORAT ICT solutions
- Ensure maintenance and support of computer equipment and software
- System Administration, Maintain Website, Provide ICT support to users in the Network
- Maintain the server, data base administration
Qualification, skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- MCSE, CISCO, CCNA Certification will be an added advantage
- At least 2 years relevant post qualification experience
- Problem solving skills
- Committed Christian
- 25 -35 years of age
3. Librarian
Key Responsibilities

- Managing the day to day operations of the Library
- Cataloguing and physicals processing of information materials
- Manage circulation services - Serving readers at the reference and issue desk in the Library
- Evaluating, selecting and making accessible information materials
- Monitoring the readership and renewal of Journals subscriptions and online resources annually
- Shelf and re-shelving of information materials
- Manage issuing and receiving of information materials
- Inventory Management
Qualification, skills and Experience
- Degree in library and Information Science or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution
- 3 years relevant experience
- Committed Christian
- Show evidence of Computer literacy
- Conversant with library software
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have ability to work under minimal supervision
We are inviting applications for interns.
The interns should have training upto Masters level in Social Sciences, Business Administration in Management, Marketing, and Human Resource.
The internship will run for a minimum of 6 months and Maximum of one year.
