Front Office Operations Officer, Sous Chef and House-Keeper

CORAT Africa is a Pan African Christian Organization based in Nairobi.

It is involved in provision of Leadership Development, Management Training, Research and Consultancy services to Churches and Church related organizations in Africa.

CORAT Africa seeks to recruit highly motivated and vibrant persons to fill the following vacancies:

1. Front Office Operations Officer

Main responsibilities include making and receiving telephone calls, receiving visitors, typing documents, documentation management and management of the Front Office.

Ideal person must have a Diploma in Front Office Management, knowledge and skills in public relations, excellent communication skills and be computer literate.

Three years of relevant work experience and between 25 – 35 years of age. Bi-lingual and secretarial skills will be an added advantage.

2. Sous Chef

Main responsibilities include menu planning, cost control, food production and staff supervision.

Ideal person must have a Diploma in Food Production, 3 years relevant working experience in a busy hospitality organization, staff supervision skills and between 35 – 40 years of age.

3. House-Keeper

Main responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms / facilities and maintaining house-keeping records.

Ideal person must have a Diploma in Institutional Management, 3 years experience in house-keeping / laundry and between 28 – 35 years of age.
