We're seeking to fill the following positions in the company.
COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Basic Function
The position exists to generate revenue for the organization from the sates and marketing of corporate connectivity and data solutions as well as Internet and related services. The incumbent will be responsible for holding and defending existing revenue through retention efforts revolved around proper account management activities as well as capture and grow new business.
The incumbent will be the commercial head responsible for championing the organization's revenue retention and growth leading a team of specialized sales and retention experts.
Accountabilities
- Provide vital input in the strategic framework of the business especially in fostering the customer driven initiatives in growth and retention,
- Budget to reflect expected revenues, cost of the revenue, profitability, capital expenditure programs and manpower requirements.
- Put into place proper account management programs designed to ensure that existing customers are happy with the level of service provided from all fronts.
- Responsible for collections from his/her portfolio of customers and strive to ensure that debt does not accumulate.
- This entails carrying cut activities on launches, promotions, exhibitions, presentations, seminars etc.
- Select train and motivate the sales and account management team to ensure high morale prevails in the team and set revenue targets are achieved.
- Set targets for the sales team, and monitor to ensure minimum performance is achieved at all times.
- Evaluate this regularly and take corrective measures where necessary.
For acceptable performance the position requires a first degree in a business related field. An MBA will be an added advantage. The incumbent must have relevant experience in sales and account management.

Basic Purpose
Developing system integration plans and procedures perform system integration & testing of new software and product releases for new and ongoing consumer service initiatives.
Accountabilities
- Serve as an integration expert to both external clients & intern a I field personnel
- Define test environment configurations, plan and conduct end-to-end System Integration and performance testing using established engineering standards and practices along with industry tools.
- Integrate and troubleshoot complex service and product architectures
- Develop technical write-Lips for sales team to assist them during bidding process.
- Conduct design reviews, assessments and gap analysis required.
- Degree in Computer Science. Electrical Engineering, Telecom or a related field.
- CCNA a pre-requisite.
- Previous systems administration is a plus and 2-5 years of relevant experience in systems integration, network design & testing.
- Network troubleshooting & auditing.
- Excellent Customer and communication skills, ability to interface with clients, vendors and third party installers
- Ability to work independently
WIRELESS & VSAT INSTALLATION ENGINEERS
Basic Purpose
The position exists to deliver VSAT, Wireless & Fiber installations and offer end user
support to customers in the market.
Accountabilities
- Install and maintain Computers Wireless Network
- Maintain plans, drawings OF sketches of telecommunications equipment and systems
- Write technical procedures and guidelines
- Manage technical escalations
- Perform all work associated with testing, troubleshooting, alignment, modification and operation of the relevant network equipment
- Interface with clients and vendors for network support and repair activities
- Must be able to work at height on towers and have proven experience in installation and rigging.
- Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication or related field. Diploma or HND.
- CCNA a pre-requisite, Cisco system certification desirable, Idirect, Cambridge, Wimax Industry training desirable.
- 1-5 years experience in installation of VSAT and wireless broadband, supports troubleshooting
- Knowledge and ability to support windows, Linux, TCP/IP and cab ling standards.
- Knowledge of router, switches and firewalls (Preferred Cisco), mail server, DNS, VOIP gateways, proxy servers, windows System, Linux administration, VSAT modems. Fiber and wireless broadband
- Extensive experience in installation, troubleshooting, repair and connectivity
- Ability to perform systems simulations and analysis to support and validate the design of communication systems and networks
- Proven ability to design, deploy and troubleshoot RF based networks
- Excellent Customer and communication skills and ability to interface with clients, vendors and third party installers.

Basic Function
The position exists to ensure that all broadband and cable TV installations as well as on-site support visits are reviewed and vetted for quality against a set benchmark.
The position is also responsible to ensure that training on all aspects of service delivery including civil work, technical, process flow, customer service and any other aspect of training required to ensure quality jobs
Accountabilities
- Establish quality and standards benchmark for proper installation and support
- Evaluate every broadband and cable TV installation for proper quality and correct standards
- Develop training calendar for service delivery teams consisting of every aspect of training required
- Constantly review standards and oversee that the installations and support quality are improved on
- Quality Assurance site visits
- Developing and overseeing service delivery training programs within service delivery and cutting across all units/ interfaces
- Establishment of quality standards for every possible aspect of WiMax and Cable TV installation and support + regular review of benchmarks
- Training of all new in-house or 3rd party contractors for installation and support
- Provide feedback to Service Delivery Supervisors on installation and support staff calibre and development
- Recommend appropriate measures for specific training needs for installers
- Recommend appropriate quality in terms of tools, materials and civil works used
- Assist in recruitment of right skills at service delivery technicians
- Technical degree or advances diploma tn IT, Electrical Engineering etc
- Understand IP networking
- Understanding Cable TV networking
- Cable network management certification
- Experience in hands-on management of wireless (WiMax preferred) cable networking
- Experience in working with different civil works Education Required
- Any technical degree or advanced diploma in IT/Electrical/Electronics field
- Certification in structured cabling
- Certification in any aspects of civil works will be a bonus.
