Biomedical Engineering Technologist

Reporting to the Hospital Engineer, the successful applicant will provide technical support for biomedical equipment and ensure proper functioning and safety of medical equipment.
Particular Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing preventive maintenance programs
- Carrying out basic on site and off site servicing and testing of equipment
- Ensuring repair and calibration is effectively carried out
- Training users on the operation of equipment
- Assessing safety on equipment
- Diploma in Medical Engineering
- At least 3 years working experience in medical equipment maintenance
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Computer literate.
