The Liliane Foundation is a foundation for children with disabilities in developing countries and operates on a personalized, small-scale and direct way. It gives children with disabilities a chance of rehabilitation by supporting the personal growth of the child and its integration in society.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide quality assurance and overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program; and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other program and corporate technical and specialist standards
- Explore factors and conditions essential for the development of an effective and successful rehabilitation program for persons with disabilities that encompasses the social and economic dimensions.
- Identify the needs of the mediators and devise the most appropriate methods of addressing them.
- Assist trainers in assessing the training needs of mediators and the children.
- Assist mediators on the preparation of individual child rehabilitation plan, monitors its implementation and provides advice and support as may be required.
- Compile qualitative and analytical reports of activities carried out.
Position Requirements
- A degree in Social development, public health, development studies or related fields.
- At least four years working experience in humanitarian program experience.
Critical Competencies
- Good leadership, training and facilitation skills.
- Good report writing and communication skills.
- Experience in monitoring an evaluating program activities
