World Vision wishes to urgently recruit a highly competent and proactive person to fill the following vacant position.

People & Culture Manager – East Africa Regional Office

As a member of the East Africa People & Culture Community based in Nairobi, this position provides Strategic, Technical and Administrative HR support that will enhance efficient and effective service delivery necessary to maintain a healthy People & Culture environment within the organization.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • First Degree with post-graduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or other related field. Masters in Human Resource Management preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Human Resource Management for a minimum of 5 years in a large international organization.
  • At least 3 years experience at Management level in Human Resources in a large international organization.
  • Knowledge of Kenya labor laws.
