We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, team player for the post of AME Officer for project entitled “Assistance program to the populations of the rain-fed and riverine areas of Sakow District, Middle Juba region” to be implemented in Middle Juba, Somalia.
The post is full time and needed ASAP.
Based in Nairobi, with travel to Middle Juba, Somalia, the AME Officer will bear the following main responsibilities:

Based in Nairobi, with travel to Middle Juba, Somalia, the AME Officer will bear the following main responsibilities:
- Coordination: Coordinate work-plans with ACTED Implementing Partner in Somalia
- Tools Development: Create AME tools using external and internal resources
- Assessments: Conduct AME assessments as per agreed methodology
- Data Entry and Analysis: Enter collected data and draw analytical observations leading to program improvement
- Report Writing: Assist Reporting staff in compiling project reports
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience working in the NGO sector preferably
- University degree in anthropology or related field
- Excellent computer skills including Excel
- Fluent English and Somali,Af-Maay an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively
