Records Assistants
Ref: A1/RA
Qualification(s): holder of at least a Diploma in Record Management from a recognized college or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: a minimum of 4 years experience in a recycling plant in the recording department. Candidates must have awareness of report writing and record keeping.
Mechanical Technicians Beverage Division
Ref: A1/MeT
Qualification(s): holder of at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized college or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: a minimum of 3 years experience in the beverage industry in filling machines, labeling machines, RO plant operations, shrink wrap machines and flow control valves.
Maintenance Technicians Injection Division
Ref: A1/MaT
Qualification(s): holder of at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized college or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: a minimum of 3 years experience in operating injection machines, hydraulic circuits, pneumatic circuits, high-pressure pumps and flow control valves. Candidates should be able to work independently on machine settings and be capable of troubleshooting.
Mould Technicians Injection Division
Ref: A1/MoT
Qualification(s): holder of at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized college or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: a minimum of 4 years experience working with multi cavity injection moulds used for PET and injection. Knowledge of plastic applications and good track record in mould maintenance is essential.
Utilities Technicians
Ref: A1/UT
Qualification(s): holder of at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized college or an equivalent qualification. For chillers: holder of at least a Diploma in refrigeration and air conditioning.
Experience: a minimum 4 years experience working with generators (gas/radiator), screw and piston compressors and air/water-cooled water chillers.
Electricians (Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning, Pneumatic or Instrumentation)
Ref: A1/EL
Qualification(s): holder of at least a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognized college or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: a minimum of 4 years experience in operating chillers, injection-moulding machines, blow—moulding machines, extruders, filling machines and packing machines.
Candidates should also be conversant with operating L.T panel switchgears, relays, timers, heat control mechanisms, high speed motors, electrical control panels, invertors, industrial UPSs, generators and transformers.
Injection Machine Operators
Ref: A1/IMO
Qualification(s): holder of at least a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: a minimum of 5 years experience working with injection machines, machine settings, chiller settings, mould loading/off loading, connecting cooling system to moulds, optimum production and minimum utilization of electricity, awareness of raw materials requisitions and utilization of PET, PP. HDPE.
Blowing Operators
Ref: A1/BO
Qualification(s): holder of at least a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: a minimum of 5 years experience operating PET blowing machines, machine settings, mould changing and troubleshooting machines for quality bottles.
Extrusion Operators
Ref: A1/EO
Qualification(s): holder of at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: a minimum of 5 years experience working in an extrusion plant as an operator. Knowledge in processing of PP. PET, multilayer PET, manufacturing of GPPS / HIPS is essential.
Thermoforming Operators
Ref: A1/TH
Qualification(s): holder of at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: a minimum of 5 years experience working with thermoforming machines with parameter settings, hydraulic systems and valves. Knowledge of electrical works (heater change, contractors, wire connections) is desirable.
