The company is engaged in the reselling, designing, Installation and Maintenance of all applications of Solar PV Systems and the company has grown to be the leading solar PV Company over its 10 years of existence.
The company is engaged in the front end of the sector in the Tanzanian market. Having built a solid foundation and experience in the market place, the company aims to increase its headline revenue by three fold over the next three years by adopting innovative strategies that aims to increase its penetration rate and exposing the company to all market segments in the sector.
The company is looking for; knowledgeable, competent, experienced and qualified people to fill the following positions:
Sales Representative

To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of Rex Investment Limited within the major account areas.
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor Degree I Diploma in Sales and Marketing from an accredited college or University
- Minimum of Five years work experience in the same field preferably same position
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swahili
- Computer literate
- Valid driving Licence will be an added advantage
- Ready and flexible to travel any where in the country
- Capacity to interact positively with all staff and work with minimum supervision
Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in Solar Energy products
- Knowledge of related market and potential customers
- Demonstrated success in securing sales of complex sales transactions
- Track record of developing and retaining long term business relationships
- Aptitude to successfully perform contract negotiations and close deals
- Demonstrated ability to qualify sales opportunities in line with the business plan goals
- Excellent computer, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple businessopportunities over a large geographical area
- Ability to work effectively in adverse work group
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills
PR and Communications Officer

To under take planning, development of Rex Investment Limited internal and external communications.
Skills and Abilities:
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
- Liaising with colleagues and key spokes people
- Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations
- Researching, writing and distributing press releases to target media
- Selecting and analyzing media coverage
- Writing and editing in — house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports
- Preparing and supervising the productions of publicity brochures, hand outs, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs and multi media programs
- Devising and coordinating photo opportunities
- Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open day and press tours
- Maintaining and updating information on the organizations website
- Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsoring opportunity
- Commissioning marketing research
- Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives
- To develop, implement and maintain strong Rex visual branding
- To develop and maintain a “house style” in all written communications
