A leading company seeks to recruit dynamic and results-oriented individual to fill the position of Team Leader. He/she will be responsible for ensuring effective management of human resources activities.
Key responsibilities
- Providing leadership in the formulation and implementing of human resource strategies and policies in line with overall policies and guidelines
- Developing, implementing and reviewing effective guidelines and procedures for employment and appraisal of staff
- Ensuring training needs identified for all staff are met and Coordinate the preparation of tools for monitoring staff performance and reporting on the same
- Ensuring maintenance of harmonious industrial relations and timely and accurate processing of the payroll
- Establishing appropriate reward and motivational process
- Must be a holder of a minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management from a reputable college
- Demonstrated administrative and managerial capability in work performance and results
- Minimum three (3) years experience in human resources management
- Computer literate
- Good verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal relations
- Demonstrated skills in change management and ability to meet strict deadlines
