1. REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGERS
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Management of guard deployment Organizing tasks and overseeing effective supervision
- Visit incident scenes, investigation and compilation of detailed reports
- Conduct security surveys and design appropriate assignment instructions
- Prepare and enforce assignment instructions
- Carrying out intelligence threat assessment
- Client liaison
- Coordinating with law enforcement agencies in solving crime
- University graduate
- Security background preferably in the disciplined forces at a senior level
- Proven experience in organizational and administrative duties
- Age: 30 - 45 years
- Be computer literate
- Have good communication skills Have good leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and be willing to work for long hours
Main duties and Responsibilities
- Formulate and conduct relevant training courses for radio controllers, supervisors, back¬up crews and guards
- Evaluate trainee's performance, compile training reports and recommendations
- Liaise with clients where necessary for improvement of guard's performance
- Manage new guards induction program
- Formulate and update training manuals
- University graduate (relevant degree in security will be an added advantage).
- Minimum 5 years work experience in security field
- Experience in training will be an added advantage
- Results oriented individual willing to work long hours Be computer literate
- Have good communication skills
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manning a busy radio communication Control Room
- Appropriate dispatch of alarm response teams and record movement
- Logging of alarm communication
- Client liaison and maintaining detailed report entries in the OB
- Diploma in IT, Engineering or related field Be computer literate
- Excellent communication skills Age: 25 - 35 years old
- Ability to motivate and be willing to work for long hours
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To supervise the performance of guards
- To ensure guards in their respective areas are well equipped
- Make entries in the Supervisor Occurrence Book and record detailed reports
- Assist in guard deployment
- To ensure that all areas have the relevant assignment instructions
- KCSE with a mean score of C+ and above
- Valid motorcycle riding license with minimum one year riding experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Age: 25 - 35 years old
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a Kenyan citizen
- Age between 24 and 40 years High school graduate
- Minimum height 5ft 9in
- Four passport size photos
- A recent Certificate of Good conduct from the CID not exceeding 3 months
- Letter of reference from Government Administrative Area Chief
- Have three letters reference. Referees must provide their contact details, place of work and copies of their Identity cards (must not be relative)
