Grading / Packhouse Manager Kenyan Job

A leading Exporter of Fresh Cut Flowers has an opening for the above position in both our Grading Hall & Bouquet Lines.

Requirements:

• Proof of work experience and operations Knowledge in a busy Pack house/Grading Hall.
• Post harvest monitoring and ensuring Quality produce.
• Able to follow procedures, plan and maintain records.
• Coordinate with other depts to fulfil customer orders as per specifications.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision, organise and supervise staff effectively.
