We are searching for qualified and competent individuals to fill in the following positionsLegal Services Officer
Reporting to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will be based in Nairobi at the Head Office but will coordinate corporate legal matters for all offices throughout the country.
Responsibilities
- Effective provision and management of legal advisory services.
- Participating in review and formulation of legal policies and practices.
- Safe keeping of the corporation's valuable documents including log books, title deeds and ensuring that they released with the approved policies and procedures.
- Vetting and drawing of contracts, lease, loans and other legal documents
- Liaising with external lawyers on all legal matters
- Coordination of documents and reports and management of Board meetings and schedules
- Taking proceeding from management and board meetings and preparing minutes as required.
- Participating in preparation of budget and ensuring effective control.
The ideal candidate should be a team player, able to meet tight work schedules and work with minimal supervision.
In addition they should have the following minimum qualifications:
- LLB degree
- CPS (K)
- Computer Literate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- 5 Years working experience in a similar position
Office Services Supervisor
This position exists in the Human Resources and Administration department.
Responsibilities
- General Office management including effective coordination and maintenance of office equipment and work environment.
- Liaison with internal and external departments on all office management matters
- Establishment and Coordination of resource centre and other documentation control processes including developing effective systems for registry operations, management of registry services such as receiving, registering and dispatching internal and external correspondence to appropriate destinations.
- Ensuring effective maintenance of office facilities and equipment including drawing up of required schedules and contracts.
The ideal candidate should be a team player and work with minimal supervision, should be innovative and able to meet tight work schedules.
In addition they should have the following basic minimum qualifications: KCSE C+, Diploma in general Management or Equivalent. Documentation management and control is a necessary requirement for this position.
Experience of 5 years in a senior position in management of records and registry will be an added advantage.
