Institute of Advanced Technology (IAT), a leading computer training Institution in East, West & Central Africa and the Training division of Symphony is seeking to recruit an HR/Administration Assistant who will be responsible for assisting in the HR Department.

The Ideal candidate must have:

  • Attained a Diploma in either HR or Business Administration, with a Credit or above, and have studied for this for a minimum of one-year
  • Must have a B in their KCSE exams
  • Have 2 years relevant experience in an Admin. role in an office environment

The person must demonstrate the following attributes among others:


  • Self motivation and ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, can work varied hours.
  • Computer skills will be an added advantage
