Position Description:
Currently, KENCALL EPZ LTD is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team as a Training Officer. This opportunity is a position to be based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Responsibilities:
•Orientation & training of newly recruited employees;
•Provide ongoing daily, weekly & monthly training for all related departments;
•Mentor in the area of employee relations, counseling, coaching, evaluating, motivation & tracking;
•Assist in monitoring the overall effectiveness of training implementation;
•Provide feedback to all related departments regarding areas that will improve procedures & productivity;
•Assist in the selection of potential candidates.
