Sales Executive Job Description

Ø Sourcing for new clients

Ø Handling customer queries i.e. customer care

Ø Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.

Ø Handling various accounts and all correspondences pertaining to these accounts.

Ø Maintain existing customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with operations manager.

Ø Advising clients on other services that they may require e.g., Training, Sit-In Interviews. Seminars

Ø Creating awareness on new products implemented by the company.

Ø Handling promotional activities.

Ø Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major accounts by main market sector and products.

Ø Sending invoices to clients

Ø Follow up on payment/debt collection.

Ø Manage the external marketing agency activities of telemarketing and research.

Ø As the face of Career Link to the Public, Offer public relations services on behalf of the company in various marketing forums.



QUALIFICATIONS

Ø Diploma in Sales and Marketing

Ø 1-2 years of experience

Ø Experience in the service industry especially insurance , recruitment industry would be a plus.
