A rose farm situated in Ruiru is seeking to recruit self-driven and self-motivated candidates to fill the following positions that have either become vacant or to strength its current teams:

1. Asst. Supervisor, IPM - 1 position
2. Scouts - 3 positions
3. Ferti-irrigation Clerk - 1 position

The ideal candidates should posses the following qualifications:

• A university degree or comparable level of education;
  
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
• Experience in management of bio-control;
  
• closed circuit Ferti-irrigation system and growing on hydroponics will be an added advantage:
  
• Dynamic leadership and good communication skills;
  
• Should be willing to work flexible hours.
