Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Customer Service Liaison Officer Job: Management Sciences for Health (MSH)

Together with our partners, we are helping managers and leaders in developing countries to create stronger management systems that improve health services for the greatest health impact.

MSH is currently seeking qualified professionals interested in potential full-time employment on a Pharmaceuticals Project in Kenya in the position of Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Customer Service Liaison Officer.

S/he builds and maintains relationships between the project offices in Nairobi and service delivery sites and the projects/organizations with which they are affiliated. S/he assures that site programs meet supply needs through effective communication and periodic visits. He or she works with service sites to identify problems, including the diversion of supplies, and provides assistance in implementing corrective measures. S/he will act as the primary point of contact and coordinate communication between the central supply chain system and the service delivery points.

Applicants must have relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical sub sector and possess at least a Bachelor's degree in business. Candidates with a Master's degree are preferred. This position also requires travel throughout Kenya for up to 30% of the allocated work time.
