The organisation is currently enhancing its operations and hence the need to fill the following positions:
1. HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
The Job
Reporting to the Managing Director, the job holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of human resources and administration matters.
The specific duties and responsibilities include:
- review of human resource procedures to ensure staff discipline and compliance with labour laws;
- determine human resource competence needs in support of business strategies and merit review programmes;
- ensure budgetary control;
- ensure provision of optimum support services including transport and security;
- identify and implement training and development programmes for staff;
- organize staff welfare activities and functions;
- manage staff medical scheme and prepare management reports for decision-making.
The candidate must satisfy the following:
- Level of Education: Degree in Social Sciences
- Professional qualifications: Post Graduate Human Resource Management
- Experience: 5 years at senior position in Human Resource in an organisation with an establishment of at least 100 employees.
- Job Skills: Communication, Interpersonal Relations and computer skills.
The Job
Reporting to the Managing Director, the job holder will be responsible for effective internal control systems.
The specific duties and responsibilities include:
- review and advise on internal systems management;
- examine accounting records for accurate reporting;
- verify assets and liabilities to confirm existence;
- conduct analytical reviews for decision making;
- liaise with external auditors for objective audit;
- verify payroll transactions to confirm accuracy; design and
- review internal control systems for annual stock control and stock control functions.
The candidate must satisfy the following:
- Level of Education: Degree - Bachelor of Commerce.
- Professional Qualifications: CPA (K) or equivalent and Certified Internal Auditor
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Internal Audit.
- Job Skills/Behavioural Attributes: Interpersonal relations, computer and communication skills.
The Job
Reporting to the Head of Customer Services, the job holder will be responsible for providing business support through statistical analysis and development of potential products and markets.
The specific duties and responsibilities include:
- carry out continuous statistical analysis of the business with regard to product and the market segments;
- collect and analyse market intelligence data;
- participate in processing customer quotation requests;
- provide operational seamless linkages between quotation desk, order processing, stock control, purchasing and credit control sections;
- ensure that management statistical reports are complete, accurate and timely to facilitate decision-making.
The candidate must satisfy the following:
- Level of Education: Degree in BSc. or Economics.
- Professional/Additional Qualifications: Excellent computer skills especially in MS-Office and other computer packages that support business analysis.
- Experience: At least 3 years experience in business analysis. Knowledge in Supply Chain management will be an added advantage.
- Job Skills: Good interpersonal relations skills, evident business acumen and developed oral and written communication skills.
The Job
Reporting to the Field Services Manager, the job holder will be responsible for providing marketing and client support services.
The specific duties and responsibilities include:
- schedule field activities to meet agreed sales targets;
- visit customers to build relationships, identifying their needs and service gaps for improved service delivery;
- collect, analyse and compile relevant market information for benchmarking and market positioning;
- follow-up customer concerns to conclusion;
- market services to potential clients and collect debts;
- conduct site-training sessions and provide pharmaceutical advisory services;
- prepare field reports for reference and decision-making.
The candidate must satisfy the following:
- Level of Education: Business related degree.
- Professional/Additional Qualifications: Diploma in Pharmacy, Certificate in Drug Supply Management, Driving licence, Certificate in Training of Trainers and Sales and Marketing.
- Experience: At least 3 years in pharmaceutical supply chain management.
- Job Skills/behavioural attributes: Good interpersonal relations, communication and computer skills, team player, customer care values, self-driven and results-oriented.
The Job
Reporting to the Senior Laboratory Analyst, the job holder will be responsible for analysis of products in the Quality Control Laboratory.
The specific duties and responsibilities include:
- analyse products for compliance to set standards;
- maintain inventory of laboratory reagents, chemicals and glassware for accountability;
- maintain general cleanliness of the laboratory, safety and functionality of equipment.
The candidate must satisfy the following:
- Level of Education: O' level
- Professional Qualification: Diploma in Analytical Chemistry
- Experience: 3 years in pharmaceutical laboratory
- Job skills/ behavioural attributes: Team player and developed communication skills
All positions are on 3 year renewable contracts.
