Marketing Manager

Nation Digital Division is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts and positively contribute to traffic and revenue goals for all Nation Digital platforms (Online and Mobile). We invite applicants who are performance driven and possess excellent transferable skills with demonstrable records of achievement in past roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing the Division's annual and long term marketing plans;
- Developing and managing the Digital division's marketing budget;
- Developing cost benefit analysis for all Nation Digital marketing strategies;
- Researching all Digital marketing and advertising opportunities;
- Liaising with the Print and Broadcast marketing teams;
- Execution of all Digital marketing plans including;
- Developing creative briefs for Digital Products/services;
- Executing product marketing plans;
- Conceiving integrated marketing plans including brand partnership and sponsorship opportunities;
- Developing and executing brand communication campaigns;
- Developing creative below the line materials
- PR support for all Nation Digital products;
- Building strong internal and external relationships
- Evaluating all Digital Product/Platform marketing campaigns and measuring campaign success;
- and
- Monitoring competitor activity.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, MBA qualifications will be an added advantage;
- Over 3 years of marketing experience as a Manager. Experience in web and mobile environments would be an added advantage;
- Proven business development skills;
- Strong computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrable track record of team work;
- Tenacity and resolve to work in a fast faced high pressure job; and
- Passion for Digital Media.
